Villa in Ourique Descripción
This recently built detached villa sleeps 4, has one double and one twin room both en-suite.There are modern kitchen appliances , full oven,
grill, hob 4ring , extractorfan , microwave , toaster , family size fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a host of other cooking necessities.The lounge is comfortably furnished with four armchairs, cofee table, TV,DVD,video cassette radio and
sideboard containing books,maps,board games and tourist information. Electric fans are provided.
Outside the cottage there is a BBQ and patio area with table and chairs for al -fresco dining which can be covered with an awning ..
The pool,10x5x1.4m which is reached by a flight of steps,is surrounded by a large terrace with loungers and parasols,from where
panoramic views, gorgeous sunsets and starry skies can be observed.
On arrival visitors are welcomed with a hamper Maid service,linen and towels changed twice weekly.Towels provided for
indoor use only,not for pool or beach use.Please bring towels
required for beach or pool.A large storage box outside the cottage
is for beach items and contains,chairs,umbrella frisbies etc.
SMOKERS are requested to use the ashtrays outside the cottage to
prevent fire risk.No smoking in cottage.No pets allowed.
