This lovely ground floor apartment is located in Albufeira's most popular resort, 'Parque da Corcovada', which is situated two minutes from the Bullring, five minutes from local shops and the famous 'Strip' full of bars, restaurants and shops.

Set back from the main road the apartment is quiet and peaceful, with easy access to the pool area for those families with young children. On site there is a Clubhouse serving food and drinks with a children's' play area and 'pitch and putt'.

The beautifully presented master bedroom (en-suite) and separate twin bedroom both lead directly on to a spacious terrace with table and chairs for 4 and 2 sun loungers. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with all mod cons and overlooks the secure and secluded communal gardens.

This property comes fully equipped for your self catering holiday. All linen and towels are provided (but NOT beach towels). Welcome pack can be provided on arrival. Baby equipment can also be hired. Please contact us for further information.

Conditions: A refundable breakages deposit of £/€200 is to be paid in cash on arrival. This will normally be refunded immediately on departure but no later than 10 days after your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).
