Condominium Vasco da Gama is located just 10 minutes’ walk from the beach and just 5 minutes from the centre of Albufeira. The apartment has easy access to all amenities, with a supermarket and cafes a stone's throw away. Within easy walking distance of the famous 'Strip' which has plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from making eating out very appealing.
The apartment benefits from two communal pools, with a smaller pool perfect for children. Leading from a good sized kitchen, the living/dining room is very spacious with a balcony that overlooks the pools and gardens. Both the double and twin bedrooms are exceptionally large with more than adequate wardrobe space. The main bathroom is again a good family size.
This fabulous apartment is very suitable for families and groups of friends, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. However, please note that the proximity to the strip and nightlife may give rise to some noise in the early morning hours during the high season.

Payment Policy
Rates are in Sterling (GB Pounds). We can also accept payment in Euros. Payment by bank transfer or Paypal.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required to secure booking. Balance payment is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Rules
A refundable breakages deposit of £/€200 is to be paid in cash on arrival.
This will normally be refunded immediately on departure but no later than 10 days after your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).
