House in Sesimbra Beschreibung
Located on Cotovia, 4 km from Sesimbra, LaVilita is a peacefull and confortable holiday home. The villa has two independent apartments, one located at the top of the house, Villa Citrus and another at the bottom, Villa Oliva. The house has a garden with 400 sqm with 7mx4m swimming pool and a barbecue common to both apartments. It is also possible to park the car inside the property. Villa Citrus has two bedrooms, both with double bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room divided into three spaces, a dining room, a television room (cable TV, DVD) and a reading room that is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for two more people. The house is equipped with bed and toilet linen. For guests use, the house has a selection of DVD movies and books in Portuguese and foreign. It has wireless internet and security system. Pets not allowed.At the moment only Villa Citrus is available to rent.
Villa Citrus is prepared for the winter months. The dining room has a fireplace that provides confort for the coldest days. In addition, the reading room has a heated floor and the rooms are equipped with heating system.
Upon request, a baby bed can be installed in room 1.
House Lage
LaVilita is a townhouse located in the small village of Cotovia, 4 km from the small fishing town of Sesimbra. This picturesque fishing port lies about 35km due south of Lisbon and is situated nestled at the foot of the hills of Arrabida and inside the sparkling blue bay, protecting it from cold northerly winds. Since the 1960's Sesimbra has become increasingly popular with weekenders from Lisbon, looking for an easy escape from the city and a pretty fantastic place to eat fish, stroll on the promenade or relax on the beach.
