Residential area with sweeping views of the town, harbour and of the sea; also views of the mountains including the area of Monte. Own dedicated secure car space in under building garage. Bus service available from town center with a convenient bus stop outside.The apartment is not considered suitable for young children under the age of 10 years old.

• For a party of just two people using either the main bedroom or the twin bedroom only there will be a 10% discount off the above prices - based on one bedroom only being used. For bookings of at least two weeks a change of linen and towels will be supplied.

• We need to hold a £200 returnable damage/cleaning deposit. This will be returned in full as soon as possible after we have heard from the housekeeper that all is well at the apartment.

• Our preferred method of returning this money to you is by PayPal. Please try to have access to a PayPal account.

• We can arrange taxi transfers from the airport with Manuel our very helpful taxi driver. The cost of this is €28 each way.

• A 30% booking deposit will secure the apartment for your stay. The balance and returnable security deposit are both due 6 weeks before the start of your stay.
