Apartment in Praia da Luz Beschreibung
This spacious top floor vacation apartment in Praia da Luz has a bright airy feel and commands great views over the entire bay area. The apartment is equipped with everything you will need for a hassle free holiday and has also been recently fitted with air conditioning throughout. The entrance hall leads to a large bright living area. This in turn opens out onto the main balcony. From here you can look out over the two large swimming pools and beyond, to the sea and cliffs. A second balcony with the same stunning views links the two bedrooms. The St James complex is family friendly with large adult and children’s pools, a children’s play area and beautifully landscaped gardens. There is an excellent Italian restaurant in the complex as well as a coffee shop which serves snacks, cakes and drinks. It is only a short walk to the centre of Praia da Luz where you will find a great selection of restaurants and bars as well as the fantastic flat beach. If you have a larger group, there is an identical apartment available for rent next door to ours.
Apartment Lage
Faro airport is a 45 minute drive from Luz by motorway. Car hire is available in Luz and at Faro airport. You can also use the train service from Faro to Lagos and then bus or taxi to Luz.

Payment Policy
Prices quoted are in Euros.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure reservation. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 6 weeks prior to arrival a full payment is required.
If the duration of your stay is more or less than a week, or covers two different rental periods, the rates will be calculated pro rata.
A high chair and cot is included free of charge.
Other items (airport transfers, food pack etc) can be arranged for a small fee.
The changeover day is flexible. Normal check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 10am but we will try to be as accommodating as possible.
