Built in 1916, the farmhouse is situated on the quiet outskirts of the old market town of São Brás de Alportel. This makes access to cafes, restaurants & the local market within an easy 10 minute walk. It is only a short distance into the rolling hills where you can experience the tranquility of 'real' Portugal, or 20 minutes to the famous Algarve sandy beaches.

The Old Barn Cottage: The 'Old Barn' accommodation consists of a double or twin bedroom, fitted kitchen with 4 ring hob, oven, fridge, kettle, crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots & pans etc. The shower room has a heated towel rail. The lounge area has Sky TV, video or DVD, CD player and a sofa bed. The terrace is sheltered by a tiled pergola making a tranquil setting for BBQ’s and relaxing.

The Hayloft Cottage: Traditional kitchen with an original open fireplace and stone bread oven, yet has all modern facilities. These include 4 ring hob, oven, fridge, kettle, crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots & pans etc. Family size bathroom with all modern facilities. The Hayloft has been renovated utilizing the wooden mezzanine floor which consists of the master bedroom which is accessed through the lounge area. The lounge area has Sky TV, video or DVD, CD player and a sofa bed.
