We ask a downpayment of 50% at the reservation by banktransfer. We will send you the details. Only with the downpayment, your reservation is final. The rest you can pay on arrival (cash).

For cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival, we charge half of the deposit of 50%.

There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.

Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

Pool Rules:

No running around the pool. Please do not eat or drink in the pool-area.

No children under 12 are allowed in the pool without parental supervision.

Do not allow your children to throw sand or stones in the water.

Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night.

You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance.

On Departure:

All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down.

All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can.

Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.

Leave the key in the door, please, on the outside.

Check out at the reception.
