Villa in Alvor Descrição
Villa Alto Golf is a modern three bedroom villa with air-
conditioning and private pool near Alvor in the Western Algarve.
The villa has wireless internet and an alarm system. There is
under-floor heating which can be used for an extra charge.
The decoration is modern and minimalist and has views over the
twelfth hole of the Alto Golf Club.
Accommodation consists of three bedrooms. The master bedroom is a
twin and situated on the ground floor and has its own private
terrace and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is on the first
floor and is a twin and has its own private balcony and en-suite
bathroom. The third bedroom is also a twin bedroom and has its own
en-suite bathroom and very large terrace facing the golf course.
All the bedrooms have satellite television.
The kitchen is well-equipped and has a washing machine, dishwasher,
Nespresso coffee machine, juicer and microwave amongst its
appliances.
The living area is spacious and has a CD player, DVD player and
satellite television. French doors lead out onto a covered terrace
for al fresco dining.
The villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens and the overflow
effect swimming pool is surrounded by a wood-decked terrace. There
is an outside shower and barbecue.

There are some lovely restaurants and bars within a short distance
from the villa.
The nearest beach is Praia do Vau and is just 1,200 meters away and
can be reached within a five minute walk. Praia da Rocha beach is 2.5
km away.
The picturesque town of Alvor is 2.5 kms away.
Golf is available at the nearby courses of Alto, Gramacho, Pinta,
Morgado, Álamos and Penina. Portimão marina offers a range of water
sports include water skiing, windsurfing, sailing, diving, deep-sea
fishing, motor and sailboat cruises.
Alternatively, jeep safaris, horseback riding, tennis, clay pigeon
shooting, lawn bowling or micro-light flying can be arranged.
