Just a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach and even less to the start of the famous Albufeira ´Strip' this little two bedroom self catering Algarve holiday villa could´t be more perfectly located in Albufeira.
On a small private estate of only 43 properties this is one of only nine that have a private pool. Great for families as they can also use the communal pool - ideal if the children are keen to make friends.
The villas are built and furnished in a traditional Portuguese style and offer great value for money.
The estate also has tennis courts for guests´use (may be a charge.
At this resort we can also offer other 2 and 3 bedroom properties without a private pool, making this ideal for larger groups who want to travel together.
If location is everything then this Albufeira 2 bedroom bungalow style villa with private pool and air conditioning just couldn´t be better.
Under a 5 minute stroll takes you to the bottom of the Albufeira 'Strip' - the mile long road of bars, restaurants, shops, cafés, entertainment that stretches from Montechoro at the north end of the town to the golden sandy beach at Praia da Oura.
And of course this means that the beach - Praia da Oura - is just around the corner too, with water sports in summer, beach bars and restaurants in abundance - a great location for all the family.
This 2 bedroom self catering villa has both a private pool and access to the communal pool shared by less than 50 properties.
There´s optional air conditioning (included in the price in summer) and for larger groups we can accommodate additional guests in other properties on the estate.

Price for up to 4 sharing.
Up to two additional children on the sofa beds at a charge of 50 GBP per person per week. Cot available at 35 GBP per week.
Please note that we will accept 6 adults but in our opinion the sofa beds are more suited to children.
Air conditioning is offered at a supplement of 75 GBP per week.
Deposit 30 per cent on booking and the balance 10 weeks before departure.
Payment by bank transfer or card (cards incur 3.75 per cent charge). PAYPAL accepted.
80 euros per person damages deposit for this villa. This can be paid in cash or credit card on arrival. If preferred, we can also hold an authorisation on your card in advance.
Young singles parties or hen or stag parties pay a double deposit in cash or by cc on arrival.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We recommend car hire to make the most of your holiday in the Algarve. Please refer to our web site prices if car rental is required. We offer some of the most competitive rates available in the Algarve.
We can also provide transfers to & from Faro airport in an air-conditioned vehicle.
