The apartment has a private communal swimming pool that is only a few steps away from the sandy beach. There are a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance, including a beach bar within footsteps of the property. As well as the superb location and unrivalled views you also have the rare opportunity to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the sea.

The Oceanides Building is divided into three different blocks yet integrated by a interior patio. The property you are reading about is one of the three penthouse apartments in the building and only two of them have a 120 m2 roof terrace facing the ocean/ beach.

Booking notes In order to secure your booking a 30% non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit is required. Once we have received your deposit, we will send you an email confirming your booking and dates. The final balance will then be due no later than 8 weeks prior to the date of your arrival, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you will lose your deposit. If your reservation is made less than 8 weeks before the accommodation period commences, full payment will be required. Please, note that we cannot guarantee any booking until deposit or full payment has been received.

A safety deposit of € 250, required with the final balance, will be refunded in full once the apartment has been checked (any damages and extra cleaning costs will be deducted from this). Changeover day and arrival and departure times can be flexible, depending on compatibility between reservations. Holiday means time to rest and enjoy being with your partner, family or friends, for that reason we have at your disposal a maid service. Should you require that service during your stay, please contact us and ask for rates. We are happy to accept reservations not only for week rentals, but also for short stays (minimum stay of 3 nights), medium stays (e.g. longer than a week but shorter than a fortnight) and long term rentals (e.g. months - during Low Season).
