Our villa - situated in the renowned Quinta da Balaia Resort, approximately 2km from Albufeira centre and Santa Eulalia beach - is luxuriously and lovingly furnished to the highest standard. Upstairs you have two en-suite double bedrooms, both with balconies and a single, furnished with bunk-beds, suitable for both children and teenagers. Ground floor, you'll find a double/twin en-suite bedroom, guest WC and a fab sun room that has a games flat screen with PS2 - great for younger guests. The sitting room has three sets of glass sliding doors opening onto the garden and pool. Leather Italian sofas, 42 flat screen TV, surround sound DVD and of course Sat and Int. channels. Off the sitting room is the dining room - which we rarely use because we usually eat alfresco- and a well equipped kitchen that leads to the outside pool, BBQ and dining area. One of the most delightful spots on the Algarve with extensive lawns & lush vegetation covering an area of 35,000 square metres, just under 2 kms from picture postcard beaches and within walking distance to shops & restaurants. Within the complex, there’s street lighting, extensive gardens with thousands of well maintained trees & plants, creating a rich vegetation, offering a relaxed & comfortable atmosphere.Should you decide to venture out of the villa's own grounds, Quinta da Balaia Resort offers many facilities including a fine, air conditioned a la carte restaurant serving lunches and diners, eat in or alfresco besides the pool, several all-weather tennis courts (two floodlit), mini market and communal pool.
