This is a comfortable 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms located on the 3rd floor of the Elimar apartment building with lovely panoramic views of the sea and a natural lake.. The apartment has an open plan lounge/ dining area with 2 leather sofas and a tv with free to view sky channels.. There are patio doors leading from the living area onto a private balcony with patio table and chairs for eating alfresco..The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and also a private balcony and the 2nd bedroom with twin beds is accessed through this bedroom..The 3rd bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and the family bathroom with bath and shower attachment is located next to it ..The swimming pool and gardens can be seen from each of the balconies and there are sunloungers around the pool for your use...
The kitchen is well equipped and is also open plan so that you wont feel seperated from your family and friends when cooking meals in the apartment.. All bed linen and towels are provided..

The Elimar apartment is centrally located in Albufeira and is within a 2 minute walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars..The closest beach is known locally as The Fishermans Beach and is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive away..The area offers many attractions for children and adults alike and Zoomarine is just 10 mins away by car..The waterpark is 15 mins away and transport can be arranged for drop off and pick up at times to suit you..The Algarve has many beautiful and safe beaches to explore along with delicious local dishes and wines to savor..For those who like to shop you could spend a day at Algarve Shopping ( Guia ) which is just a 10 minute drive away and along with a large supermarket you will find many lovely shops to wander about at your leisure..Also inside the shopping mall there is a 10 pin bowling alley, a cinema showing all the latest films in English and a food court with a variety of foods available to suit all tastes..

From Faro airport follow signs and get onto the A22 Albufeira ( motorway signs in blue )..Stay on the A22 until you come to the Albufeira exit which is N395..As you exit the slip road you join a dual carriageway and you need to get into the left hand lane for Albufeira/Fereiras..This road bends round to the left and joins another dual carriageway where you need to stay in the right hand lane and drop down to a roundabout..Take the 1st exit to Albufeira and continue going straight across the next 2 roundabouts until the final roundabout with a feature of 2 world globes and a floatimg ship..Take the 3rd exit to central Albufeira..At the next roundabout go straight across and at the traffic lights go straight ahead..This brings you to the roundabout with 2 watches in the middle and further directions will be given from here on confirmation of booking.. A hire car is not needed for this property as it is centrally located in Albufeira and private minibus airport transfers with English driver can be arranged..

We have to allow for cleaning of the apartment so arrival 2pm and exit 10am but these times are flexible depending on flight times of those arriving for their holidays..

20% deposit required to secure the booking and balance to pay on arrival.. £100 security deposit also needed but this will be returned on departure and once the apartment has been checked for damages
