Casa Pôr do Sol,(sunset house)is set in a property (4000m2),located in a quiet rural area near a village "Almoçageme" .
The villa is surrounded by the garden,with secluded areas,a swimming pool(8x6m)for the guests. Newly renovated villa the second floor apartment is completely independent. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room with a private terrace/balcony with dining table and barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen.
Parking is inside property.

Almoçageme is located on one of the slopes that belong to the ridge of mountains also called Sintra(same name of the village),southeast of Colares,is a typical rustic village with cafes, restaurantes and local shops, all in narrowed streets, has a square where a traditional festival with music and fire work’s take place in October. Local market on Saturday and Sunday.
The village is spread up the hill from the atlantic ocean.
Praia da Adraga(beach)is the closest,has some amazing rock formations.The beach was ranked as one of the '20th perfect European beaches’ by the Sunday Times.
The village of Colares(3km) one of the most pleasant recesses of the municipality of Sintra. Has magnificent beaches such as Praia da Adraga,Praia Grande,Praia Pequena,Praia das Maças,Azenhas do Mar,Aguda,Magoito, Ursa and so on. Has one for every taste!
Only 20 minutes away you can find another wonderful beach 'Guincho'/Cascais where the windsurf world championship is held in August.
Famous golf courses also easy to get to. Located in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. It borders the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Sintra and provides easy access to gorgeous walks in parks, tropical gardens, as well as visits to castles, convents, churches, and romantic villas.

from Lisbon airport take IC19 Sintra, exit:Praias,Mafra,Ericeira. From Sintra center take Colares then exit in Almoçageme.
or the A5 to Cascais, from town center take coast road up to Sintra, after Cabo da Roca, Ulgueira, is Almoçageme. (45km)
The house is located at entrance to the village.

A non-refundable deposit of € 250 per week is required to confirm the booking. The balance to be paid at least 30 days before occupation. Confirmation of reservation will be made in writing on receipt and clearance of the deposit. Should the booking be done on a shorter notice, the full payment is required to confirm the booking. (2) An extra security deposit of total amount € 200 is required to ensure the villa and equipment normal maintenance by the tenants. Should no damage be observed, it will fully transferred back

In July and August, priority will be given to guests reserving the villa for a minimum period of 2 weeks and 10% discount is given to rents 2 weeks and more.
