Apartment Description

Beautiful, luxury apartment in a peaceful out of town location. All the rooms are very spacious with 3 balconies offering mountain views. The apartment has lifts and full wheelchair access. There is a large lounge with dining area and TV, DVD player, CD player, and room fans.
The master bedroom had a king size bed and balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds, an en-suite bathroom with a power shower and a balcony. The third bedroom has bunk beds, a pull out double and a further single bed.
The main bathroom has WC, wash basin, spa bath and a power shower. The large fully equipped kitchen has a built in double oven and microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, gas hob and dishwasher. There is a cot but bedding is not provided for this. The apartment has underground parking. Please note that the apartment is STRICTLY NON SMOKING.

Situated in the very popular district of Ma Partilha the apartment is on the outskirts of Alvor. There are several beaches nearby and all have restaurants and watersport facilities. Public transport is very good in the surrounding area and the main road is a five minute walk away. The Alto Club golf course is ten minutes away and there are several others in the area. There are several restaurants and cafes nearby and there is a mini market, hairdressers, a dentist, and a newsagent five minutes walk away. A secure children's play area is across the road from the apartment surrounded by gardens.
