Located close to the center of Cascais , this romantic apartment offers you relaxing holidays at an apartment with private garden and barbecue.
The apartment is at a ground floor of a small building.
It has 3 bedrooms , one with double bed, the other one with 2 single beds and the third one with one single bed.
If you are seven persons there is a large sofa bed .
The apartment also has one living/ dining area with direct acess to the garden, a tv living area, 2 complete bathrooms, full equipped kitchen.
Outside the garden is grassed, with 2 terraces and a barbecue.
Distance to the center is only 5 minutes walking.
Nearest supermarke , only 3 minutes walking .
In the area there are also: bank, coffee stores, pharmacy.

The prices are for maximum 7 persons and are including water, gas, electricity .
If you are staying 2 weeks we offer you one cleaning in the middle.
The final cleaning of 35 euros is not inside the price.
For the reservation we ask for 50% by bank transfer and the rest at the arrival date.
We also ask at the arrival date for a damage deposit of 200 euros.
At the end of your staying this damage deposit is returned to you if there are no damages inside the apartment.
