The apartment is located near the center of Cascais, 5 minutes walking from the railway station and Cascais beach,15 minutes driving from Guincho-surf beach and 30 minutes from Lisbon airoport.

This newly refurbished apartment was decorated in a light and simple easygoing style,making it very pleasant to stay.
In the first floor there is a living room with Cable TV and DVD set,one sofa, two maples and one dinning table. The kitchen is equiped with a fridge, a cooker, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a dishwasher.
In the second floor the apartment has one doublebed bedroom, one twin bedroom and a third bedroom with a bunkbed, more suited for children or teenagers.
There are two bathrooms.

Cleaning, bed linen and towels are weekly provided for your use.

The renting includes electricity, gas, water and Internet access.

There is a place for one car.
