Riomar is a privately owned building consisting of only 16 apartments located in one of the best locations in Praia da Rocha.The front faces the beach and the rear faces the new international marina. Both are within 2 - 3 minutes walk.
Within a few minutes walk lie the full range of restaurants, cafes and bars ; from snacks to 5 star cuisines; from quiet bars to buzzing discoteques.
This apartment is recently refurbished and refurnished to a very high standard. A very spacious living with seperate dining area, satelite tv with upmarket furnishings and a large 1-persons sofabed, 1 bathroom and seperate showerroom with 2nd toilet, 2 double bedrooms with lots of storage + 2nd. lounge with double sofabed, a complete kitchen and two spacious balconies facing one to the sea, beach and boulevard and the other to the Marina and Ferragudo. Children's cot and high-chair available. All our apartments are non-smoking.

Praia da Rocha is one of the most sought after holiday destinations in the Algarve. It has everything for a smashing holiday. The boulevard with many shops, bars and restaurants and a magnificent long and wide beach surrounded by its famous cliffs. Portimao is the second biggest city in the Algarve and has a variety of cultural events the whole year through.
Praia da Rocha is Portimão's holiday suburb.
It was one of the first places in the area to encourage international visitors - the main attraction being its magnificent beach. The boardwalk along the beach front has 16 restaurants that stretch along the sand - designed to look identical in a futuristic fashion. Deceptively each has its own individual character inside. At night the whole main avenue is buzzing and vibrant.
Most of the clubs and bars are open into the small hours.

When you are driving by car follow the E22 to Portimao and leave the highway at the exit Portimao. You will then automaticly be directed on to the V6 all the way to the beach by following the directions to Praia da Rocha. The address is: Rue Eng. Jose de Bivar, Edificio RIO MAR.

Due to cleaning and grooming of the apartment after the previous guests left, the time of occupation will be after 2 o'clock p.m.
Accordingly the apartment has to be available to us on the day of departure before 10.00 a.m. due to the same procedure for the next guests.
If you fly in, we can arrange a taxi or hire a car for you upon arrival and departure.
