The Bayside resort is located in the coastal town of Sao Martinho do Porto which lies at
the heart of the Costa de Prata (the Silver Coast). It boasts the largest swimming pool
in Sao Martinho, has a great children's play area and is just 160 metres (3 minute walk)
to the beach which it overlooks.

This particular apartment is the pick of the lot on the top floor with clear sea views, 2
private balconies & a Jacuzzi bath. The 3 bedrooms comprise a master bedroom with
en-suite, a twin bedroom with balcony and a further twin bedroom. Folding beds can
be used in the lounge to sleep a further 2. There is also a DVD and CD Player plus a
flat screen TV with SKY TV offering over 140 channels. The apartment benefits from air
conditioning in most rooms.

Equipped to a superb standard this accommodation is perfect for families looking to
enjoy a home away from home. The apartment has all the facilities a family would
expect and much more besides.

The communal gardens provide a perfect environment for guests to soak up some of
the Portuguese sun. Alternatively, guests can relax and enjoy a drink on a sun lounger
on one of the two spacious private balconies with sea views over to the beautiful bay
of Sao Martinho. An outdoor table and chair set allow for guests to enjoy 'alfresco'
living.

Being in a prime location this apartment offers easy access to some stunning beaches. The
bay of Sao Martinho itself is less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The beach is
cleaned regularly and the shell-shaped bay offers safe sheltered bathing.

Within 10-15 minutes drive is the famous Obidos Lagoon which again offers safe bathing
in a stunning setting. Miles of white sand stretch to the north of the neighbouring town
Nazare offering some of the best surfing in Europe.

Sao Martinho do Porto is about 45 miles north of Lisbon and Lisbon International Airport.
Given its proximity to Lisbon and the excellent road links, Sao Martinho do Porto is a
favourite place for holidays all year round. You can enjoy the exciting atmosphere, historic
surroundings and leisure facilities the Silver Coast has to offer but also get into Lisbon
easily for some city life. The train station is just five minutes walk away or there is a good
bus/coach that runs regularly and takes less time.
