We require a deposit of 20% to reserve a property, the remaining funds are due 5 weeks before arrival.
We also require a refundable breakages deposit of £100.

NEW YEAR - Please note that if your holiday includes an overnight stay on 31st December there is a minimum charge of £295 which is up to 7 days rental. So for example to stay a week including 31st December will cost £295 plus cleaning, to stay 2 days over this period is also £295 plus cleaning. Additional days following 1 week are charged at £35 per night.
