Brand new luxury, bright, spacious duplex apartment in the heart of Tavira! Private gated development with swimming pool. This apartment enjoys open roof top views and there are outside terraces for eating.

The apartment is air-conditioned throughout. It has two bedrooms – one with a balcony, luxury bathroom, large sit down, fitted kitchen, large L-shaped living/dining room with French windows. Upstairs is a huge games room/third bedroom with a small terrace. There is a good quality table football and large electric air-hockey table.

Three minutes walk through cobbled streets takes you to the main square - with its cafes, restaurants and spectacular views over the River Gilao.

The glorious long sandy beaches stretch for miles. The nearest called 'The island' is reached by a short boat ride (leaves from the town centre in Summer, 20 minutes walk at other times). There are no roads or hotels but there are still some great cafes and restaurants selling the freshest fish you could eat!

You don’t need a car to stay in Tavira. The taxi from Faro is
about 35 Euros.

Tavira boasts a huge indoor market (fresh fruit and veg., meat and fish) – three minutes walk away. If you’d rather eat out - the wide range of restaurants range from smart and sophisticated to local and casual.
