This spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment is ideal for family or group holidays. It is in a attractive and tranquil residential area yet you are only five minutes drive from Vilamoura’s beaches, world class golf courses and the marina with its wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and excursions.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with plenty of home comforts such as Sky TV, air conditioning, a dishwasher and washing machine.
The lounge is really spacious with ample room for a sofa bed and matching sofa, dining table and chairs. It leads out onto a sizable private terrace with a lovely view out over the gardens. The terrace is south facing so you can really make the most of the sunshine and is furnished with a patio table and chairs, a sun lounger and gas barbecue. Back inside there is plenty to keep you entertained in the evenings with Sky TV, a Playstation 2, video and CD players. The kitchen is well equipped and maintained. There are also three double bedrooms each with two twin beds and two bathrooms.
The apartment has access to the attractive communal gardens where the adults’ and children’s pools are surrounded by a wide expanse of well kept lawn. This offers a great space for sunbathing and for children to play in and as it is a closed condominium you can relax in greater security and privacy.
You can walk to the marina in just over 10 minutes or to the beach in 20 and there is a supermarket and other amenities only five minutes walk away. All in all this is the perfect holiday home for sun worshippers or anyone who wants a comfortable base from which to explore everything Vilamoura and the Algarve has to offer.
Please note that while this apartment can sleep up to eight people comfortably, there are currently only six dining and lounge chairs.
