There is a tram and a bus that connects the house with the beaches "Praia das Maçãs" and "Praia Grande", with a stop 50 meters from the house.

You can find a golf course driving range at 3,000 m from home.

The old Colares village, is famous for its wine, and the viniculture cellars and facilities can be visited, 100 m away from home, in "Adega Regional de Colares".
