The villa which has been newly built, is 300 m2 in area. It is situated in a safe and quiet area, yet near essential amenities. It comprises of 3 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 6 persons, the living/dining room, kitchen, 2 1/2 bathrooms/toilets, 2 balconies and a veranda overlooking the garden with breathtaking mountain views. On the ground floor are the following: -A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and crockery. -A spacious living and dining room with TV, radio-CD. The living room opens up onto the patio, and out to the garden -One guest bathroom with toilet and washing machine On the first floor are the following: -Two bedrooms with double bed with French sliding doors leading onto the balcony for your to appreciate the wonderful view -One bedroom with twin single beds also leading onto the balcony -One onsuite bathroom with hydro shower, bide and toilet – One communal bathroom with corner bath, bide and toilet. Other details Bed linen and towels are provided.

Villa Costa is located in Santo Antonio, within 10 minutes’ bus ride to Funchal city centre, the Praia Formosa Beach is within 10 minutes drive. The region is an oasis of peace and tranquillity. The sea with its translucent blue water and perfect island temperatures. Should you wish to dine out and watch the local artists perform the Folklore dance, you may try one of the restaurants of the hotels in the vicinity or you may also taste the local and international cuisines from the other restaurants along the coastline, all within 10 minutes’ drive from the villa. In case you decide to have a quiet dinner at the villa, the local supermarket will provide you with your fresh vegetables and meat. Public transport is within 2 minutes’ walk.

If you coming from the airport take the Pilar turnoff you will come to a T junction turn left carry on over the cross roads all the way down you will then find a restaurant to your right turn in the side road where you will come across a house with a business underneath it Villa Costa is the one behind it. Regency Club is about a 5 minute drive from Villa Costa. If you come up the hill as if going to the hospital, take the first turn off after the roundabout by the hospital follow the road to a T junction, turn left follow the road all the way up until you see a restaurant called qPilar das Refeicoesq turn right into the slip road, continue on the road until you see a house with a coffee shop under it. Villa Costa is the yellow house behind it.

On your arrival you will be issued with a key that gives you access to the house. These keys are your responsibility for the duration of your stay.
