Townhouse Description
This beautifully spacious and comfortable 3 storey townhouse with direct access to the pool will bring a touch of luxury to your holidays.
Located in a new closed condominium in Terracos do Pinhal, Vilamoura, the townhouse is within easy walking distance of clubhouses of the Millennium, Laguna a Victoria golf courses. This is a lovely tranquil area of Vilamoura yet its is only five minutes drive from all the attractions of the marina and some of the Algarve’s most famous golden beaches.
Fully equipped and furnished, this air conditioned property offers stylish, modern living. On the ground floor the lounge is attractively furnished and has a flat screen TV, DVD player and dining area. Open the patio doors and you are straight out onto a wide patio area with direct access to an adults’ and a children’s pool. Great for al-fresco dining, lazy days in the sunshine and keeping an eye on the kids while they play! The pools are set in lovely manicured gardens and are only shared with a few neighbouring houses so you get a real sense of privacy and well being.
Back inside you’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen and a cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with en-suite shower room and direct access to its own balcony with pool views. There is a further bedroom that sleeps 3 as it has a single bed and bunk beds and a family bathroom. Head back downstairs and you’ll find another really spacious double bedroom in the basement. All the rooms are a good size and have been tastefully decorated.
A car is recommended, although good bus a taxi services are available
