This 3 bedroom townhouse is in the heart of the Old Village one of the most attractive and sought-after complexes in Vilamoura. Just 15 minutes walk from the marina and beach, it is a little community in its own right with restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. Wander around the pretty cobbled streets, enjoy a cool drink at on open air cafe or take a refreshing dip in any one of the three large swimming pools. There’s plenty of room for the kids to stretch their legs with lawned areas and a play ground.

The house is fully furnished and equipped. The spacious lounge and dining room opens onto a lovely sunny veranda- ideal for al fresco dining and soaking up the sun. There is also a small private garden. The house is full of home comforts including Sky TV in the lounge and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc

The Old Village is an ideal location for relaxing sunshine and family holidays as everything you need is on site and car hire is not necessary. There are a number of good cafes and restaurants serving Portuguese and international cuisine, snacks and drinks including Casa do Largo, Zanzibar, Princess Gardens, the Village Inn, Bar Nautica, Sports bar and O Cafe. There is also a small supermarket and off-license.

There’s lots to see and do in the surrounding area including water-sports, boat trips, excursions to historic towns and markets and waterparks. Golfers will appreciate the Old Village’s location not only is it surrounded by Pinhal golf course, there are another four top class courses in Vilamoura and yet more in nearby Vila Sol, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Albufeira.

Aquashow Waterpark is a 10 minute drive and VIlamoura's 5 golf courses are all within a 5 minute drive.
