This beautiful, detached villa has its own private pool and tennis court, all set in a huge 2500 square metre garden plot within walking distance of lovely beaches, restaurants and mini market.
The villa is ideal for those who want to be private but still want to be within walking distance of local amenities - including the beach.

The villa is only a 15 minute walk from Coelha Beach and Castelo and Evaristo Beaches can also be reached on foot in just a few more minutes. These beaches are between the beaches of Galé and São Rafaael - see the map on the page for the location.

Sleeping up to 15 this is a hard to find villa at a great price. (Please note that prices below are for up to 12 - a further 3 people can be accommodated for an extra charge. Max 14 adults in the villa at any time.)


Downstairs is a hallway, WC, large lounge with bar, TV/DVD etc. There's a fully equipped kitchen with a separate utility room. Also downstairs is a twin room and a double bedroom sharing a bathroom.

For those with a car, you're spoilt for choice when it comes to beaches - even within 10 to 15 minutesdrive! There are lots of other attractions also within this distance - Zoomarine, Shopping areas & supermarkets, water parks and many, many great restaurants. Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.

Credit/debit card payments (both sterling & euros) : + 3.75%.

Currency conversions are calculated on the day of paying the deposit / balance based on the XE.com rate.

The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
