Villa Monteiro is a three bedroom villa which is walking distance to
Albufeira Old Town, Praia da Oura’s Strip and the beach

Accommodation consists of two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom,
all with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies. Two of the
bedrooms have stunning views over Albufeira and the sea. The villa
also has an additional shower room.

The sitting room is spacious and has a log fire for the cooler months
and there is a television and DVD player. The dining area has a large
dining table with seating for six and French doors leading out on to
the garden and pool area.

The kitchen is well-equipped and has a dishwasher and microwave
amongst its appliances. There is a separate utility room with washing
machine.

The pool is 8x4 metres and set in a small but well maintained garden
with lawn and there is ample furniture for al fresco dining, sun
loungers and a built-in barbecue. The villa has private parking for
two cars.

The villa has a security alarm and safety deposit box. Linen and
towels are provided although clients are requested to take their own
beach towels. Maid service is provided twice a week.

This is a mature villa located in a pleasant and quiet residential
area. This villa is perfect for all ages, but especially for those
that don’t want to drive as Albufeira Old Town and Oura is reachable
within a few minutes walk.

The nearest supermarket is only four hundred metres away and there is
a restaurant just within one hundred metres from the villa as well as
several family bars.

This location is also perfect for those looking for the excellent
nightlife of the Strip or Albufeira Old Town. Both areas are only a
fifteen minute walk.

Albufeira is a town bursting with character, full of tiny whitewashed
houses with terracotta roofs and narrow cobbled streets. Each
pedestrian street of Albufeira offers a selection of restaurants,
shops, bars, cafes, late night boutiques, music bars, etc.

Praia da Oura is livelier, cosmopolitan, family friendly with Oura
Beach just down at the foot of a steep hill.

There are many beaches both within walking distance from the villa and
also within a short drive and there is a variety of water sports
available

The shopping centre Algarve Shopping is situated in Guia, ten minute
drive away as well as Zoomarine which is open all year around

There are many golf courses in the area but the closest is the
beautiful 18 hole Salgados golf course.
