Casa De Alegria is a spacious 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa suitable
for up to 7 adults. Overall the villa has a Zen-like feel the décor
is harmonious and relaxing. It has been beautifully decorated with
modern, designer furniture and fabrics. In the garden and poolside
there are sunloungers, dining tables and chairs a good size built
in bbq for long summer evenings relaxing and eating on the terrace
by the pool.

The combined lounge / dining room has large comfortable leather
sofas perfect for flopping into and watching television or a DVD.
On the upstairs landing there is a small but perfectly formed
office space with internet connection and laptop. All three
bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom and the upstairs bedrooms
enjoy a terrace with views over the development towards the nature
reserve. The upstairs triple bedroom has a TV and Playstation 3
games console. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ample
wardrobes, direct access to the terrace with outdoor sofas – relax,
read a book and watch the sunset.

second bedroom both located on the first floor with private
bath/shower rooms. Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor with double
sliding patio doors leading to the pool terrace area, ensuite
bathroom.

lit mirror and toiletries. 1 shower room with large tiled shower,
toilet, large lit mirror and toiletries. 1 wc.
Kitchen: Fridge, freezer, hob, dishwasher, microwave, espresso

cookware.

Formosa Nature Reserve, neighbouring Club do Ancão and Vale do Garrão.
Surrounded by beautiful pine forests, the development is within easy
reach of the famous golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo,
close to miles and miles of golden beaches.

taxi pick up for you. We can arrange car hire for you.
Driving directions will be forwarded on booking.

Changeover days are flexible but during the summer months it is more
likely to be on a Saturday or Wednesday. It is necessary to vacant the
apartment by 10.30am on the day of departure in the high season.
