Villa Description
This lovely modern villa is set in a very quiet rural area yet within easy reach of so much!
Golfers have easy access to three major golf courses (Praia d'El Rey, Eagle and Campo Real within 25Kms). Beach lovers and surfers have the beautiful ocean beaches of Costa de Prata not far.
Obidos, Alcobaca and Batalha are well worth a visit and Lisbon is just one hour away!
Ground floor: 3 bedrooms: two doubles(one with en-suite bathroom), and a twin, another bathroom and a cloakroom. Large sitting/dining room, kitchen and utility room. First floor: a mezzanine turned into a TV room.
Outside, with lovely views there is a shaded patio great for al-fresco meals and the beautiful swimming pool(10x4m). Parents with SMALL CHILDREN should be aware that the swimming pool is not fenced-in. There is also a shower room in the pool house.
The house also has cable TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle,garden furniture, barbecue. Cot available. Cleaning and change of linen and towels once a week, all linen included. Extra cleaning available by arrangement.
