Exceptionally well located in Carvoeiro, Villa Pearl is a detached modern, well furnished and equipped three bedroom villa with private swimming pool situated within its own gardens and grounds including lawns, making it an ideal family villa. For safety with small children the swimming pool, which can be heated, is fenced and gated. An attractive feature of the property is the internal courtyard with fountain. The villa is within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful sandy beach. Carvoeiro is a picturesque fishing village which retains charm and character but has an excellent range of facilities. A wide range of sports are available including three golf courses, tennis and water sports. Just outside Carvoeiro is one of the best water slide parks in Europe. Car hire is not necessary but is recommended.
The accommodation at Villa Pearl consists of;

Outside is a large private swimming pool, which can be heated (extra charge) which is fenced and gated for safety. Poolside terracing with sunloungers etc., pleasant, mature gardens including lawns, barbecue.

Carvoeiro is becoming increasingly popular with the discerning villa holidaymaker. Centred around the quaint fishing village with easy walking distance of the sandy beach and an excellent choice of shops, bars and restaurants. To both east and west are further sandy beaches and at Benagil and Praia do Carvalho you will find sandy coves which, even at the height of summer, offer space and calm. Sports are well catered for, there being two 18 hole golf courses at Carvoeiro Golf and the 9 hole course at Vale de Milho. Tennis is also available at the Carvoeiro Tennis Club and only a five minute drive away is ‘Slide ‘n’ Splash’, a superb water slide park. For trips out, Portimao is a major shopping centre and the restaurants around the fishing harbour offer the freshest fish possible. The Monchique hills, the spa town of Caldas and the historic centre of Silves are all only a short drive away.
