This attractive 3-bedroom villa with private pool is situated in a quiet and small development approximately a 5 kilometer drive from Lagos.

The villa has been tastefully furnished throughout with well-maintained gardens. The front entrance opens into a small hall, off to the right is the large lounge and dining room, tastefully decorated with fireplace and Satellite TV, patio doors lead out to the garden terrace. To the right of the lounge is the fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave, and all the usual utensils. Patio doors from the kitchen lead out to the garden terrace. From the lounge is a hallway leading to two bedrooms both with twin beds, the first bedroom opens out to the front of the villa and the second bedroom opens out to the pool terrace at the back of the villa, between these two bedrooms is a full-shared bathroom.

Up the stairs from the lounge is the master bedroom suite with full bathroom, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading out to a private balcony. The heated swimming pool is a free form design with a small waterfall feature, and a jacuzzi seat the pool is surrounded with sunbathing terraces equipped with 6 sun beds, there is a built in BBQ and outside dining furniture.

The villa is situated in a peaceful little development, with Portelas the nearest village, offering a variety of cafes and a small mini-mercado. The centre of the historic town of Lagos with its Marina, cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, café, shopping and markets is about 5 kilometers away.

The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is also about a 10 minute drive, with a variety of water sports activities available. Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 10 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive
