The living area has plenty of seating for all the family with satellite TV and a DVD player, there is a dining area to the side of the living room with patio doors that lead out to the pool side terrace.
The modern kitchen has been well equipped with all modern utensils including dishwasher and washing machine, there is also a breakfast island in the centre of the room.

There are 3 large bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed , the second and third bedrooms both have twin divan beds, all the bedrooms on this level have balconies with fantastic sea views.

The outside of the villa has a lovely pool area with a private heated pool, there's a patio surrounding the pool with plenty of sun loungers for all the family, and a BBQ for some al fresco dining.

The villa is situated in the area of Porto do Mos the expansive golden sandy beach of Porto do Mos is about a 5 minute walk away with a couple of really good restaurants, a few minutes in the car and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping and markets.

Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 10 to 20 minute drive away.

For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute
drive
