Villa Jota is a three bedroom detached luxury villa located just a few
steps from Martinhal beach in the Western Algarve. It benefits from a
heated pool.

The villa is fitted out to a high standard. Accommodation consists of
a large master bedroom suite with full bathroom and two twin bedrooms,
both with en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms have direct access to
west facing terraces.

There is a large living/dining room with satellite television and a
DVD player. There is a log fire for the cooler months.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave and dishwasher
amongst its appliances. There is a separate utility room with washing
machine and tumble dryer.

The villa is approached through electronic gates and surrounded by
beautifully maintained gardens. The pool is fenced for child safety.
There is a large covered outside dining area with barbecue which faces
west and is therefore perfect for sunsets.

The villa has secure parking.

The villa is just a minute's walk from Martinhal Beach, a beautiful
unspoilt sandy beach with two beach bars. It is a world-class location
for wind-surfing. In addition there are a further twenty two beaches
within a fifteen minute drive which is why none of the beaches ever seem
that crowded, even in August

Sagres is located on the most South-West tip of Europe. The area is
unspoilt and surrounded by miles and miles of Natural Park. Sagres
Village is a fishing village with a very "surfy" theme and a good
selection of restaurants (particularly seafood) and great bars.
