This lovely property is located in the old village of Penedo, near Sintra. The views from the terrace and garden are absolutely stunning. The local shop and the cafe (for light meals) are within walking distance.


From Penedo you need a ten minute drive to Colares (shops, bank, chemist).

Within easy reach there are several beaches, Sintra, with its beautiful palaces and museums, Mafra with its imposing palace/convent.

For keen golfers there are several excellent courses within 30 Kms.




Ground floor: Sitting/dining room (with fireplace), kitchen, cloakroom (basin, WC),double bedroom and bathroom (bath with shower above, basin, bidet, WC). Small twin bedroom only appropriate for children.

First floor: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath with shower above, basin, bidet, WC).

The beautiful garden is totally walled, giving it total privacy. The lovely pool, on a wooden deck is completely fenced-in (4x3m - 1,80m deep). For the children there is an old fountain that can be filled in and be used as a paddling pool. Parents with YOUNG CHILDREN should be aware that there is another fountain that is not fenced-in.

Cleaning and changing of house linen once a week. House linen provided.
