This lovely property is located in the old village of Penedo, near Sintra. The views from the terrace and garden are absolutely stunning. The local shop and the cafe (for light meals) are within walking distance.


From Penedo you need a ten minute drive to Colares (shops, bank, chemist).

Within easy reach there are several beaches, Sintra, with its beautiful palaces and museums, Mafra with its imposing palace/convent.

For keen golfers there are several excellent courses within 30 Kms.

The beautiful garden is totally walled-in, giving it total privacy. The lovely pool, on a wooden deck is completely fenced-in (4x3m - 1,80m deep). Parents with YOUNG CHILDREN should be aware that there is a fountain that is not fenced-in.

Cleaning and changing of house linen once a week. House linen provided.
