This pretty villa is just 70m from the beach, central to all village facilities and yet offering complete privacy tucked away from the bustle of the beachfront in a high walled garden with heated pool.

The main villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the guest annex has bedroom and bathroom ensuite. The villa may be rented by smaller parties (up to 4 people) without use of the annex suite at 20% discount.

Villa has open plan living space comprising:
Living room with 2 large sofas, fireplace, Sat TV, DVD, CD,
Fitted and well equipped kitchen with large electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, etc. Dining table and chairs seating up to 8.

Bed 1 - Queen size bed. Ensuite shower room with shower, basin, WC.
Bed 2 – Twin beds.
Separate bathroom has bath with overhead shower, basin, and WC.

The guest annex is separated from the villa by a patio. This bedroom has twin beds, and shower room ensuite with shower, basin and WC. A rollaway bed or a cot can be provided to sleep an extra child under 10 years or a baby.

Secure entry gate to pretty, private, walled garden with space for sunbathing, shade under huge mature palm tree, and newly refurbished heated swimming pool (7.5 x 4.5m) with built in steps. From the villa living room, 3 pairs of arched glazed doors lead to a patio shaded by flowering pergola with outside dining table and chairs and purpose built bbq.

In an enviable location just 70 metres from the beach and close to all village amenties in Praia da Luz, you cannot be better placed for a family holiday. Although the villa has parking space for one vehicle, a car is not necessary for a holiday at this property.
Lagos is the nearest town at 10 minutes drive, and not expensive to go by taxi (advised in high season particularly when parking in Lagos is competitive!) Water parks etc offer bus transfer from Luz.
