This tastefully renovated country house has 3 double bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms.To the right of the entrance hallway is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with a full bathroom between them.To the left, is a comfortably furnished living/dining room with 2 leather chesterfields, satellite TV, a wood burning stove for cooler,Autumn evenings and a gallery that runs the length of the living area.The large master bedroom is off the living room and has its own full bathroom.Past the dining area is a modern, well-equiped kitchen with a utility room with washing and drying machines.
There is outside dining furniture on the terrace overlooking the pool area and the beautiful views. The terrace has a built in barbeque.
The lovely,8 X 4m pool has a shallow roman end, is visible from the house and is fenced in.

The house is located in a very peaceful rural area between the large village of Santa Barbara and the historic, market town of Loule. It is completely private, but not isolated.
The village of Santa Barbara has several international restaurants, as well as many local food restaurants in its vicinity. It also has a bank, post office, supermarket and medical centre.
The beaches and resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are about 25 minutes drive away.
