Set in private gardens that are illuminated at night, the Villa hosts a lovely private pool of 9x5 metres.
Beautifully furnished throughout and recently redecorated,the Villa sleeps 6 or, 8 with the use of the good quality double sofa bed in the lounge.

Located in a quiet position with great views overlooking a sweeping valley of Orange groves and vinyards.

Tavira town is approximately 7-8kms away and can be reached by car in approximately 5 minutes. A taxi costs 8-10 Euros.

There are 2 Bar restaurants only 300 metres away and the Village of Santo Estevao with it's bars and restaurants is a walkable distance.

There is a plenty of outdoor furniture,8 sunbeds and a bbq on the large poolside terrace.

There is UK freeview satelite, 32q LCD TV, dvd player and collection of dvd's,cd player,radio.

The Villa is fully equipped with everything you would expect for a self catering holiday, the kitchen has Fridge freezer,hob,oven,washing machine,dishwasher,microwave,kettle,toaster and a full range of utensils.

Ground floor comprises 2 double bedrooms and one large bathroom, Lounge, Kitchen/diner with table and chairs.
The 3rd bedroom is part of a self contained studio apartment,it has it's own access via a staircase at the rear of the villa, there is a shower room with wash basin and toilet and, there is a small kitchen with 2 ring hob,fridge,microwave,kettle and toaster.
There are two single beds in the apartment, in all, making it an ideal extra accomodation for a little privacy should you have need for it!

30 minutes from Faro Airport near to the beautiful and ancient town of Tavira with it's many bars,restaurants and shops.
Right in the heart of the Ria Formosa nature reserve this is the ideal place for a romantic break or, that getaway from it all holiday.

Beaches in the area are gently sloping with lovely white sand, most are island beaches which, are easily accessable by cheap, small ferries or aqua taxis.

Golf- There are five courses in the area within 20 minutes, the nearest being beautiful Benamor which, is about 7 minutes drive away, there are 2 other championship courses a further 5 minutes away, Quinta da Cima and Quinta da Ria, the latter being the home of the 2008 Portuguese ladies open.

Change over days are flexible as are the durations of bookings, this gives flexibility when cinsidering flights etc.

Arrivals are not before 1430hrs and departures are not later than 1100hrs, these are strictly adhered to.
