This is a magnificent villa in an ideal location in Sao Martinho.
Benefitting from 3 bedrooms, a superb private swimming pool and
breathtaking views over the bay from two private terraces, this is a
villa that offers accommodation of an exceptional quality.

The living space is set over two floors with a rooftop terrace above
that provides the perfect environment for relaxing in the magnificent
Portuguese sunshine whilst enjoying the incredible sea views.

The ground floor consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious
dining room with an extendable table to seat up to 8 guests and a
fantastic lounge with a functional fireplace that has been tastefully
presented to provide a perfect environment for the whole family to
relax. A convenient shower room is also located on the ground floor.

The second floor provides the sleeping accommodation for the villa.
The spacious master bedroom benefits from sea views and an en-suite
with bath and shower above. Patio doors provide access to the first
floor terrace. The second double bedroom also provides sea views and
access to the terrace. The third bedroom provides a single bed with a
further ‘bed in a drawer’ that can be pulled out from underneath the
single bed.

Undoubtedly key to the appeal of this villa is the fantastic outdoor
space that is provided. Both of the terraces at the front of the villa
are spacious, well furnished and they offer incredible sea views. At
the rear of the property is a fantastic patio area with private
swimming pool – a real suntrap with a pool at hand for when it just
gets too hot!

explore the famous walled town Obidos, the renowned lagoon at Foz
D'Arelho, the ancient monastery at Alcobaca, the stunning palace in
Mafra and the charming traditional Portuguese town Nazare.
