This beautiful private 3 bedroom air conditioned villa with private pool is located in Sesmarias, 4km. west of Albufeira. The villa is situated in easy walking distance, some 600 metres, to the lovely sandy Praia do Coelho beach and other superb beaches are a short drive away. There are a number of very good local restaurants, the nearest is less than 200 metres. in Sesmarias and Vale Parra. The nearest supermarket being 300m. Golf, waterslide parks and the Zoomarina are all a short drive away. The villa also benefits from having en-suite shower rooms to all bedrooms. Maid service Mon - Friday Car hire is not necessary but recommended.

The accommodation at Villa Catherine consists of;
Two double bedrooms with kingsize beds and one twin bedded room all with en-suite shower rooms. (note that master bedroom has a private terrace with sea view). Lounge/dining room with Digital Satellite TV, DVD, CD. Games room including snooker, table football and ping-pong. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. Outside a large 10m. x 4m. private swimming pool with poolside terraces and furniture. There are terraces, a barbecue, outside shower and garden.

Our villas are located in the Vale de Parra region some 4 to 5km. to the west of Albufeira. This combines all aspects of a holiday that you could wish for. Vale de Parra is a region of quality villas in rural countryside and where there are superb sandy beaches ranging from the large expanses of sand at Gale to the cove beaches of Castelho. Individual restaurants abound and the small town of Guia, a five minute drive from most villas and walking distance from some, is famous for its choice of twenty five restaurants catering for all tastes and pockets. Sporting facilities are available in the area including golf at Salgados. There are waterslide parks a short drive away and the Zoomarina is only ten minutes away. Albufeira itself is a bustling resort with an excellent sandy beach. The centre retains its traditional character and there is a wide choice of nightlife, shops, bars and restaurants.
