A very private three-bedroomed house with extensive gardens leading to a pool area. Located amongst mature almond, carob, olive and orange groves. Overlooking traditional countryside of low hills, orchards and very private. Conveniently located near to the small seaside village of Cabanas and the historical town of Tavira. Situated 4.5Km from Tavira, 30Km from Spain, 40Km from Faro airport 5 minutes and 10 minutes respectively from two superb golf courses and 10 minutes drive from a selection of beaches, and beach islands.
This two-storey villa has comfortable and airy rooms with a cosy living area and fireplace, which leads on to an open dining area and a large beautifully fitted and fully equipped kitchen. The dining area has French windows leading out on to a large terrace with pergola and garden.
The villa is supplied with air conditioning and heating. A private, quiet and welcoming environment that is perfect for couples or families.
Casa Almargem sleeps 6/7 people. On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms with an optional camp bed, together with a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The comfortable open-plan lounge has a sofa, two armchairs a fireplace and SKY free to view channels, DVD and video player. There is access to a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. The dining room has a large table and dresser, with lovely views onto the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fruit press, fridge-freezer and washing machine.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. This bedroom also has a small balcony and access from the upper landing onto a small roof terrace.
A baby cot and high chair are also available.
Half an acre of mature gardens, private cobbled driveway and patios surround the property. A small roof terrace overlooks the grounds and views.
There is a large brick-built barbeque by the pergola together with an outdoor shower. A pathway leads to the secluded pool which is 8m x 4m and 2.0m deep. There is a separate indoor area with kitchen facilities and bathroom at one end of the pool.
The property is approached along a quiet lane and has a gated entrance, car parking is provided by the house. The garden around the house and the pathways are lit.
A variety of beaches can be reached within 5 minutes by car, including various deserted lagoons and beaches with facilities. The Islands of Cabanas and Tavira can be reached by ferryboat. There are two superb golf courses one within 5 minutes drive from the house.
Faro airport is a 35-minute drive.

There is a once-weekly maintenance visit including a linen change and the pool and gardens are attended to twice weekly.

A selection of supermarkets and restaurants are located in Cabanas and Tavira or further a field.
