panoramic views over the Santa Catarina Hills and beyond Tavira to
the coastline.

minute drive to the Roman town of Tavira and the surrounding
areas/beaches and within 10 minutes drive to local amenities at
Santa Catarina.
Surrounded by terraces and courtyards, within gardens and extensive
private grounds, this property offers a perfect haven for privacy,
unspoilt nature and quiet.

The villa has 3 beautiful double bedrooms with rustic and antique
furniture and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite and has
French doors opening to its own private balcony. Also reached from
upstairs is a south facing roof terrace with a built-in barbeque
and plenty of space for dining or sunbathing. Downstairs has two
bedrooms either side of the bathroom. All bedrooms have built-in
wardrobes and wooden shuttered windows and doors.
The living room and dining room are on split levels, leading to the
pool terrace and are generous sizes with a large wooden dining
table and sofa seating for six. The kitchen leads to another
terrace with seating and barbeque area, with views out over the
valley.Within the south-facing terrace there is a 10m x 5m pool
accessed from the living room, with an outdoor dining area and
garden furniture and an outdoor shower. This leads off to an
enclosed walled garden with ornamental pond which can be accessed
from one of the ground floor bedrooms.
The property is accessed by a private, gated drive with ample
parking space.
The area is one of outstanding natural beauty with indigenous trees
and shrubs, including cork, cork oak, carob, almond, olive, lemon,
rock rose and medronho bushes with most of the surrounding lands
completely natural.
The Quinta was restored in the late 1990’s retaining many original
features and styles, it occupies a private position within 10,000
square metres of its own land.

We accept changeovers on any day but prefer to keep bookings close. Normally arrival is from 2pm onwards and departure before 10am, this can be flexible unless we have changeovers on the same day.

On booking we request a 30 per cent deposit within one week and the final balance is due up to 8 weeks before arrival.
Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival, 100% payable at time of booking.

Transport is required for this location. We can arrange reasonably priced car hire, bicycle hire and taxi transfer from local and reputable companies.

Cancellation refunds:
Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge
4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded
Less than 4 weeks – no refund

Property will be inspected prior to arrival and departure and all breakages must be refunded in full.
Guests will have a contact number in case any assistance is required.
