This beautiful three bedroom semi detached villa with private plunge pool and views of the sea is located in the deluxe resort of Vale do Lobo.
The villa is very comfortable throughout and is located overlooking the golf course. The spacious lounge/dining area is equipped with a large flat screen Sky TV, CD and DVD player. Wireless broadband is also available. The patio doors lead to the outside terrace and pool area with fabulous views over the golf course down to the sea. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. There is a small utility room with washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom is on the first floor and is very spacious. It has a double bed, en-suite full bathroom and patio doors to a large terrace overlooking the golf course and sea. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with en suite shower room and a further separate shower room. Both of these bedrooms have twin beds and can be made up as doubles if required..
Outside there is a plunge pool that can be gated if there are young children in the party. There is a terrace with eating area and views of the golf course down to the sea.
The villa is within easy walking distance to the Praca where you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and cafes overlooking the golden beach.
The Barrington health and golf Spa located within the resort offers excellent facilities including an indoor heated pool and outdoor pool, beauticians, fully equipped gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, 5 squash courts and a 30 bay driving range. For children there is a supervised crèche and a play area. Local charges apply.
Further leisure facilities like a crazy-golf course, beach sports and a resort pool, (local charges apply) plus restaurants and bars are all close at hand as well as a night-club, a supermarket, boutiques and a bank.
