The villa is located a short drive away from the two golden sandy
beaches of Vilamoura and the resort centre, the Marina, with its
choice of bars, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. There
is also a choice of six golf courses nearby.

This property is set within its own plot with a secure gated
entrance and is built over two levels.

The ground floor accommodation
A large entrance hall with guest cloakroom leads you to an open
plan living/ dining room, which is bright and tastefully furnished.
Three sets of patio doors open out to the pool and garden areas.
The living area has comfortable seating, cable TV, a DVD player and
stereo system, there is also a log burning fire. The spacious
dining area has seating for six people.

Leading off from the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen
including an oven, duel fuel hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge
freezer and Washing machine and tumble dryer.

One of the four bedrooms is located on this level. It is a twin
room with en suite bathroom with overhead shower.

The first floor accommodation
Bedroom one is a twin room with en suite bathroom with overhead
shower and patio doors out to a large private balcony overlooking
the pool and golf course beyond.

Bedroom two is a twin room with en suite bathroom with overhead
shower featuring a Jacuzzi bath, and patio doors to a private
balcony with those lovely golf course views.

Bedroom three is a double room with dual aspect and en suite
bathroom with overhead shower. Patio doors open on to a walk on
balcony at the side of the property and an additional door leads
onto a private balcony overlooking the front of the property.

Outside
There is a large covered terrace furnished for dining situated
close to a brick built barbeque and traditional Portuguese bread
oven.

The large pool measuring 10m x 5 m is surrounded by paving and
plenty of sun beds are provided. There is a good sized lawn area
before the fenced boundary onto the Pinhal Golf course.
