This spacious three bedroom semi detached villa with private pool, views of the sea and golf course is located in the deluxe resort of Vale do Lobo. The villa is very comfortable throughout and is located overlooking the 15th Fairway of Vale do Lobo´s Royal Golf course. The spacious lounge/dining area is equipped with a flat screen Satellite TV, CD and DVD player. The patio doors lead to the outside terrace and pool area with fabulous views over the golf course down to the sea. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven and hob. The master bedroom is on the first floor and is very spacious. It has a twin bed, en-suite full bathroom and patio doors to a large private terrace overlooking the golf course and sea. There are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor and a separate bathroom.
Outside there is a kidney shaped pool (6.6m x 4m), terrace with views of the golf course down to the sea and a brick built barbecue.
The villa is within easy walking distance to the Praca and beach where you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and cafes overlooking the golden beach.

The Barrington health and golf Spa located within the resort offers excellent facilities including an indoor heated pool and outdoor pool, beauticians, fully equipped gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, 5 squash courts and a 30 bay driving range.
