This is a very confortable house with wonderful views over the sea, nice garden and direct acess to the beach. This is a very peaceful place even during highseason. In Troia you have 30km coast with white sand and solitary beaches where you can stay lonely and safe all day long. The house has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, two bathrooms, a completely equiped kitchen and two living rooms: one living room with fireplace that you can use during winter and one living room to use during summer with nice views over the sea. The living room is equipped with satellite TV and home cinema. The living room also have an audio system.

In the garden you can enjoy your meals looking the sea.
Nearby we have the Toia Golf considered the best Championship Course of Portugal, designed by the famous Robert Trent Jones. If you love sports we also have two bicycles that you can drive in a special road made specially for bikes ('ciclovia') 8 km long starting side by side with the house. You can also play tennis if you want.
If you want to spent one nice evening you can go to the Casino of Troia where shows are frequent during summertime or just take a walk in the marina and have dinner in one of the good restaurants you have over the marina. We can also provide you one day in the sea for a maximum of 6 persons in a very comfortable boat with WC and bathroom and 2 bedrooms and a small equipped kitchen. By boat you will have beautiful views of Troia and surround Arrabida Mountain: you will never forget this day.

At a walking distance by the beach you can reach the ferry and arrive to Setubal, very famous because of the delicious fresh fish. If you have a car you must visit the surroundings of Setubal and the Natural ParK of Arrabida with fantastic views over the Atlantic ocean and Troia.

Arriving at Lisbon airport you'll drive 50 kms in highroad (30minutes) to arrive Setubal where you must take the ferry-boat to cross to Troia (20 minutes). Arriving troia you are about 300 meters of the house.
