House part of a condominium. Featuring 3 bedrooms: two on the ground floor (each equipped with a double bed (1.60 mx2, 0m) and the third on the top floor (equipped with two single beds, with 90cmx195cm). House with 2 lounges : one downstairs and one upstairs. Houses ideally two couples with two children, but there is a possibility of a third single bed (120cmx200cm) in the upper chamber (maximum 7 people). The entire floor is appropriate for inferior 'handicapped peoples'. 3 bathrooms in total.

View of the sea, southern turf with barbecue, quiet neighborhood. north balcony with sea view. possibility to go to the falesia (north beach) walking, enjoy a beautiful plantation. a 2 km by car there many beaches and a marina with nautical club and restaurant where you can eat fresh fish. and why not go lunch or dinner to lisbon? a motorway in path around 35 minutes by car, our capital, with life, excellent climate and life day and night. in the tagus have a number of tourist and historical sites to discover.

Ericeira and Beach tour of santa cruz, enjoy the magnificent countryside, the many restaurants (typical, with excellent food) for a typical Portuguese meal. Visit Torres Vedras, its beautiful historic center and not because the shopping center Arena. Do not forget that is just quilometrios Mafra Convent and the largest Portuguese. is really impressive, like the covered Mafra, where you can take walks and enjoy the magnificent wildlife existing (deer, birds of prey). A little further north you can visit Peniche and even take a boat and visit the nature reserve island Berlenga. 35 minutes from Lisbon, Cascais and Estoril.

Christmas, Carnival, Easter, Summer (from June to the end of September) has a higher price, varying also with the number of peoples (from 500 to 900 euros/week).

Payed in advance and a caution/ reservation fee of 500 to 900 euros to be devolved, if everything OK, IN THE LAST DAY AND IN CASH. Property delivery and receive the keys.
