3 to 1 weeks prior to arrival: 40% of the full amount. 6 days prior to arrival: 70% of the full amount. 1 day prior to arrival: 90% of the full amount. NO SHOW: 100% of the full amount. Cancellations are to made by fax, email or phone. Cancellations do not forsee the refund of the 30% deposit.

In the act of the booking and arrival the client is informed about the maximum occupancy of the rented house. The agency responsible may accept more then the maximum occupancy of the house when informed and agreed on payment of the extra occupants. Not notified eventual occupation, superior to the capacity of the house, will result in the payment of a value stipulated by the responsible agency. In the event of an cancellation due to extra occupancy the agency reserves the right not to refund the booking.
