A modern villa located on the Vila Sol golf and leisure resort. Vilamoura resort and Marina is only a 5 minute drive away and offers a choice of golf courses, bars, restaurants and shops. The golden sandy beaches are under a 10 minute drive away. Guests staying at the villa will be able to use the resorts tennis courts, swimming pool and health Spa which includes a sauna, steam room, fully equipped gymnasium and soothing therapies (local charges apply). You will also be entitled to discounts on the Vila Sol 27 hole golf course.

This is a beautifully designed property with all the luxuries you expect from a first class villa. There are stone floors, air-conditioning, central heating and automatic shutters throughout the villa.

The spacious lounge/dining area has two large comfortable sofas, a feature fireplace, satellite flat screen TV, DVD, CD and broadband connection.. The patio doors lead to the outside dining area and the terrace overlooking the pool and garden.

The fully fitted kitchen is open plan and is extremely well equipped. It has an oven with a hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher plus all the usual kitchen appliances. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a king size double bed and patio doors out to a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden. There is an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and an overhead shower.

On the ground floor are two twin bedrooms. They both have patio doors to the outside terraces and en-suite bathrooms. These bedrooms have zipped style beds and can be set up as doubles if required.

The spacious garden has a lawn area, trees and shrubs and a large terrace overlooking the pool. It is fully enclosed with a fence and gates onto the driveway. The pool is 12m x 6m. There is a covered terrace area and brick built BBQ with a gas BBQ aswell along with table and chairs for dining outside.

Rates are in Euros. 25% deposit required to secure the booking. Balance due eight weeks prior to arrival. Refundable damage deposit of €500 required on arrival.
