The Villa is located between the cultural village of Alte and the small market town of St.Bartolomeu de Messiness. Both having nice bars and restaurants. The countryside around the villa has some beautiful walks and scenery. The villa is set in its own grounds with views overlooking quiet countryside.Large gardens surround the villa with ample terracing around the private 13mx6m pool. The villa is suitable for families and couples and sleeps up to 6 with the addition of a cot which is included in the price.

Air conditioning is available in master bedroom and Lounge/dining area. Fans are available for other rooms.
There is also internet connection available if required.
Mountain bikes and table tennis are available for guests to use. Outside shower room with hot and cold facilities having WC,sink, shower cubicle. There is also an open outside shower with hot and cold facilities. Ample garden furniture around pool and terrace and upper terrace with sun loungers and BBQ.

Faro airport is 45 minutes drive. Car hire is essential.

All rates are in Pound Sterling.

A deposit of 25% required on booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Booking deposit is none refundable.

A £300 breakage bond is required with the final payment. This will be returned within 48 hours of departure providing no damage has occurred.
